The Queen

The Queen

She was born to be a star
And conquer this worlds war
Her passion knew no stopping
No obstacle would be a bar

Noble was not her birth,
But Imperial her souls worth,
Her presence could only mean,
She was this worlds queen

She fell down a hundred times
Then picked her pen and wrote rhymes
Then stood up tall and strong
With armour and sword long

The glorious sparkle in her eyes
They said she was lies
As headstrong as she was
they called her arrogant imbecile

With tears in her throat
And smile on her face
The confidence never left her eyes
As she watched the dumb and wise

Terrified angry and scared
They tried to put her down
Play with her emotions
Or even destroy her crown

None could ever deny that mind,
That was beautiful and kind,
None could stop her stride,
That she walked straight with pride.

The times she broke and fell,
she herself mend
Never did she falsely bend
Righteousness with lot of love
And passion wins, in the end.

The victim

The monopoly of men, thats been raging in certain medical departments is uncanny. "Surgery or orthopedics is a male branch", as we most oftenly hear, why is it so ? Women are incapable of operating ? Women are incapable of blood shed for a good cause, incapable of cutting through skin, into the human body and fix it ? The problem is, they can be better.

What disallows the females to enter these male dominated fields is the mosogyny of these men. The hatred for women who enter the field. The harassment that these females face.
Female being the epitome of emotions is disgusted and ridiculed by the amount of misogyny she faces as she enters this field in the form of social exclusion, sex discrimination and in order not to be 'too soft' to her, they end up being 'much too hard'.

She, as a female has to prove every moment that she is capable. She is better than the others. And this, will be further challenged with hostility. But she cannot stop proving herself. Because when she makes a mistake, she is incapable. And when he makes a mistake, be it bigger or graver, its a mistake.

When she has periods or she falls sick, she is further looked down upon as meak and unable to deal with stress, or maybe she is faking it, whereas when a male takes leave for petty issues, or runs away withour notice, they are forgiven for the same.

In this patriarchial world, where men get chance to crush the female under them, be it in the form of a junior or coworker, specially in "male-dominated" fields, that is the biggest booster for their ego and upliftment of their tiny self esteem.

Where i lie here in an androcentric world, alone as a woman, amongst many men, i hope, because of me, tomorrow will be better for many other females who know to dream and will fight to follow their dreams.
And no man will be able to stop them. Because a better man will uplift an ambitious woman, a poor one will try to crush her. So you are already better than many others.

Time twist

Once, God Shani and Guru (Jupiter) were having an argument. Guru was very docile and righteous. He argued with Shani, saying that if he hasn't done anything bad to anyone, nothing bad can ever happen to him. Shani smirked, and say, “Let me show you”.
Shani decided that he will defy Guru's logic in two prahars (approximately 6 hours long) of the day.

One evening, Guru was walking back home with two watermelons in his bag. It so happened, that the King's two sons were not to be found since morning. The guards saw Guru carrying something like two heads in his bag. The bag was also leaking red fluid of the watermelon juice. The guards thought the King's sons were beheaded and being carried. They caught him and took him to the King. The king ordered an immediate assassination of Guru. Guru had no clue what is happening. From walking home one fine evening, to being on almost-death bed within a few hours, he was shocked. He was taken to the place where he was about to be hanged . Still shocked, Guru was about to die any instance now, when the two prahars passed and suddenly, the King's two sons came running to the palace.
Guru was released and free. Free of blame and guilt and everything else within moments.

Guru bowed down to Shani and accepted defeat.

Karmic Exchange

Why do we meet the people we meet?
And why dont we meet the others, we dont?
What clicks with some people? And why things never ever click with the others?
Why do we instantly fall in love with some people, but are never able to bond with some, no matter how hard we try?
Why some relationships last forever inspite of constant tension?
And why some just disappear in thin air, inspite of the amazing chemistry?
Why we are unable to keep in touch with some people? But constantly in touch with some others? Irrespective of distance boundaries?
How do unexpected relationships built up fire, while the most expected never spark ?
Why you cannot get rid of some people no matter how hard you try, but some end with a blink?
Why sometimes you do so much for someone, but never get anything in return?
Why some other times, someone does soo much for you, but you just cannot clear their debts how much ever you try?

Somewhere, in some dimension, they had an exchange of karmas. And we meet people, we give them back the emotions and expressions, that was left over earlier. And sometimes, knowingly or unknowingly, we end up loving them or hurting them. Many times, we are helpless. But it happens. It becomes the reality. This is the left over karma. When the karmic exchange is over, they leave.

The bigger bonding starts much before they have met. Somewhere in some other dimension. Some other life. Some other form. Thats why we easily click with some people. Are able to understand them better than we can understand many others.

As long as the karma string is attached, there is constant exchange of karmas without any separation. The more we create the bad karmas, the more we will get it back in exchange.

Probably the only thing we have in our hands is to lessen our bad karmas. Convert the giving-back bad into the giving-back good.

There are so many questions unanswered. Probably thats what makes the life interesting.

The Fish

"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime".

This is one philosophy which Indian mentality will take ages to adapt. People want "fish", "right now" and for "free".

Few of my experiences across the cities..
As i was conversing inside the car, a elderly female was constantly irritating me at the window for money. After a long 15 mins of patience, and trying to drive her away, i finally blindly pulled some 2-3 coins and pushed it across the window and continued the conversation. The reaction to the money was of utter disgust. "Ye kya diya hai ?!?". They are clearly not satisfied with the 3-4 rupees and it suddenly becomes my responsibility to raise their alms.

Another experience i had was at a tea stall near a temple. A paraplegic was wandering around the temple on a wheelchair asking for alms. When a man offered her tea, she said, "ye wale nai, wo waale stall ka chahiye! Ye paani wala hai!".
What kind of demands are we making ? And at whose mercy ?

If you speak to any beggar and ask them about how many children they have, you will never stop at two or three. The count goes on.
Now, if i know, that its difficult for my both ends to me, wouldnt i think a hundred times before making creation of another mouth which I will have to feed? But no, it becomes responsibility of the nation, not mine. My duty is only to produce.

If one actually digs into their day to day life, the man (if present) actually spends most of their income (from begging or whatever) in consuming illicit liquor and tobacco.
They eventually get different diseases due to their harmful effects, to which the goverment caters to, and then they die, leaving behind many children (who mostly turn criminals) and a homeless wife (who is taken advantage of).

This is sheer lack of planning and responsibility, out of which, none of it is taught in our schools. Family planning, finance management and how to run a family efficiently is something that our education critically lacks.

All that we are taught in our schools is "gareebon ki madat karo". By which, it is the liberty of a common man, to feel that he has washed away his sins by giving lot of money to the poor, feeding the homeless, and giving them gifts.
Now a days, its a new trend to make videos and posts out of such activities and share it.
My dear friend, you are doing more harm to the society when you distribute "free" anything.

At the same time, when maids and drivers and kachrewalis work for us, we always quarrel with them for money and most times underpay them. Why ? They are the same poor people, who have opted to work hard and earn than beg on the streets. Because we dont get moral credit for paying them their salary which we get by paying the beggars outside a temple. All thanks to our bringing up !

When i was a child, i had several demands like every other child. And my parents never denied any rational demand which was in their scope. But they would wait for an opportunity, when i would do something worth rewarding, like getting good marks in an exam, like working hard for something, like winning a sports game, or making a public speech and i would get what i wanted as a reward. Even today, when i want to ask for something, i always feel the need to do something worth being rewarded. And it is beyond my dignity to take anything from anyone for free. This is bringing up. Giving everything your child asks for, blindly is not true love. Making him feel he deserved it and he worked enough for his bread, making him self confident is true love.

These beggars are also like our country's child.

The mistake not just lies in the uneducated beggar, whose confort zone lies in walking around the streets chasing people with cars for money. It lies majorly in our politics where the politicians have habituated our people to get lots of "free stuff" and "distributing money" for getting votes. And our people are absolutely blind to this "propaganda". As long as I am benefited, as long as i get money, i am happy - is the general attitude of people. And people just cannot differentiate between giving a person cash for temporary benefit (fish) which eventually sublimates, and giving people jobs (teaching man to catch a fish) which lasts a lifetime. Immediate gratification is always more attractive than long term success.

As a child too, the partner who helps us copy and pass is always better than the teacher who boils his blood daily to teach and impart knowledge to you.

Everytime you pop money to a beggar, you have done more harm than good. You are turning them into vocational handicaps.
Instead, work hard, earn more, employ these poor and pay them well.
Teach the man to fish !

The bad day..

The bad day...

As the sinusoidal graph of life goes up and down... there are the days when everything is amazing, then there are days when its just a normal day when you want to thank god for not creating problems (which we dont) and the kind of day when you would expectedly call it "boring" and then there are other eventful days when everything has to go wrong. Like, just everything. And then we remember all sorts of people who are not there for us, we remember God and sudden self blame, fate blame and the chain continues..

Sometimes, you are the centre of attention, people love you. Your confidence is high up. But then there are days when you dont live upto your expectations, and all that attention means nothing to you.

Sometimes the mind gets blocked obstructing your thoughts, like a plug of mucous obstructing your breathing, suffocating you.

Sometimes, you badly need that miracle that guides you towards where you want to go.

Or maybe, that miracle is YOU.

V-Day Special: Keep the fire burning!

Valentines Day: Keep the fire burning!

To all those people i know, who have found their true love. To all those lucky people, who managed to find the perfect hand to hold theirs, amongst the millions.

Because love is special. Its the most most natural thing, love. But the most surreal thing is to sustain this love till the end.

That delicate feeling of affection, those butterflies in the stomach, the slight natural blush of estrogen, is very common, but the guts to hold their hand and stand strong amongst all, and taking a decision to stay together life long is special. Its rare. Love is never favourable and convenient. It is when you go ahead breaking those strings around, when your rope gets stronger.

Today is your day to celebrate. This is absolutely a reason to celebrate all that you have been through to be together. To make it all worth it, spend this time only with them, do what makes them so happy.

Ofcourse, love is not one day of celebration. Let it be a firecracker amongst the daily sparks. To find someone you love truly is the most beautiful and luckiest thing one can get. And not everyone gets it. People post pictures on fb, or pretend to cling along, but its not true. True love is a feeling which you know if you have it. Many people start off with "true" love but it ends into a sad boring story where they keep hurting each other, cant leave the other, cant stay with them too! Hence, you are special. You are very special if you are thinking of that someone and smiling while reading this.

It sometimes doesnt take big things to hurt your partner. Small things, repeatedly happening, can bring down that essence of passion in them.

Taking them for granted, being the first one on the list. You spent hours speaking to them on the phone when you just met and now office work gets so busy that you hardly get the time to call. Sneak into the bathroom amongst your busy meetings and let them know that they are on your mind, and whisper "i love you".

If they are staying far away from you, sending a handwritten letter or surprise flowers can totally make their day!

Get a pretty rose for her, just by yourself. Propose her on your knees, although you know she is only yours. No age is old enough to fall in love and its always so amazing to fall in love with the same person over and over again.

Make an amazing dinner for him with his favourite dessert. Dance just for him! Compose a song for them and publicly sing it dedicated just for them!

There may be a lot of things you found out, over a period of time, that you dont like about them. And sometimes, you got to live with it, sometimes you can hold their hand and help them get rid of it, sometimes you got to suffer with them. Do it, without complaining. Its part of love.
To repeatedly hurt and taunt them over it for years together will not be the solution. Nobody can fall in love with a perfect person. It is those pits of imperfection that you fill up that makes the love strongly attached.

Dont judge them, dont label them. The mean world does it to you anyway. Dont ever hurt them over their weak points. The weak areas must be supported, delicately handled, motivated in every possible way.

Sarcasm is very cool, but not all the time with your loved one. Specially in public. Insulting, humiliating and using sarcasm in public, even in a joking way is not going to be cool. Even if they are laughing at your joke, somewhere inside, they are hurt.

Sometimes, you can watch that TV serial with her without complaining, and also trying to enjoy it, because she likes it. Sometimes, you can try to understand that game of football or cricket and enjoy it, just because he likes it. Its an amazing feeling to be with someone who loves the things and people you love and also hates the things and people you hate. Try to understand and exchange your taste in music and other things. No music is superior or inferior. If you have loved them, you will also eventually blend and learn to appreciate their taste.

Its not necessary to argue and prove that you are better and right all the time. Sometimes, you can let it go. Let it just be. Because they already know that you are their "better half".

We get angry with the people we love, agreed, but dont let that anger be the catalyst to un-love. Let that ego leave the room first, because they are worth it.

As strong as love is, it is delicate and tender. Appreciate and value that love you have because you dont know what it is, to live without one! What is that success, when you dont have that one selfless person to be happy for you, to cry for you, to feel your success as their own success. What it is, to not have that shoulder to cry on in your failures. Because those pillows and bedsheets are cold and lifeless. You dont know what it is, to not have anyone to share your days happenings. You dont know what it is, to wait for someones call, or a text that never comes.

It is a great privilege to grow old with someone. Your parents may not be there, your children with be lost in their youth and lives, your relatives and friends in their own different places. But as you grow old, and look into each others eyes, the world you have seen, the love you have shared, there is no fear of death.

You may experience many kisses, but that "true love's kiss" is magical. It can break all curses and cure all sorts of troubles!
Love is crazy, love is stupid, love is blind! But thats when its called love.
Keep that fire burning! Till the end..

The Death

The Death

I have never seen death more close, than just recently last week when I think my outlook towards life has totally changed.

So I have been staying as a paying guest with an old Sindhi 76year old lady, widowed an year back. She had three daughters, married and busy in their own lives in three different cities. Having no source of income and very alone and depressed, she had me stay at their place.

We had a love and hate relationship where she would have issues with me pasting stickers on the windows or keep clothes scattered over the bed while she would cry to me about how she missed her loving husband or share her other family problems with me or narrate family issues and other stories to me. Many times, I had to bring her out of depression of her husbands loss by hugging her and giving her a lot of reasons to live and be strong. Yes, she had held my hand and said "will you leave me after your done with your work here ?" And she would tell me, "I have three daughters, and you are my fourth".
In two months, we fairly got attached as humans.
One misfortunate day, she attempted some labour at home when she was alone and had a backache. I applied medicines to her back and got few medicines for her but her pain was not subsiding. She went to a doctor who diagnosed her of fracture and soon, a cascade of medical illnesses took over her when she was admitted in ICU for half a month, after which, she left this world.

I was probably not expecting this sudden news of her death and it took time for me to let this news sink in.

They brought her body home the next day afternoon. The two daughters and their family, along with their dogs were present. The third, being in Dubai, did not turn up soon. Although she was on Skype call where they showed her the body on Skype call and a few tears from the ladies followed.
The cremation took place, after which things got very light. The family was giggling and laughing over the dogs cuteness and playfulness. There was a lot more chitchatting and gossiping about random things and a lot of loud laughter which I could hear in my room. There was vada Pav parcels and huge parcels from Kayani bakery, idli Wada, nice tomato gravy cooking in the house. Kilos of mangos were bought. People were getting together, chilling at the terrace, the dogs were mostly the centre of attraction. The weekend was well spent.

As the weekend passed, the working people went back to work and the two daughters started collecting the money, valuables, going to the bank, property transfers, meeting the lawyers, etc. There were arguments about the money not being divided by their mother and some more arguments.
The third daughter, from Dubai, did not want to miss out on any of this, flew down soon enough.
The woman, who was the inheritance of this particular house, started cleaning the house, getting the leaking pipes fixed, the lights fixed and broken mirrors, cupboards fixed, getting rid of the old woman's clothes.

Today, it's 5 days since the old lady's death.

Is this what is death all about ?
Is this what being old really means ?
Is this all that a "mother" means to people ?

All this while, I've been sitting in my room introspecting about life, and it was much better that the old woman went back to her loving husband instead of staying in this mean, selfish, evil world all alone.

The Ugly Truth

Finally boarded the flight, and there is my seat.. And oh ! What is this! A fat man walks over and occupies the the seat next to me ! What a bad day ! Sharing a car back seat with two fat people? Walking with the obese? Oh they walk so slow ! Desperate to know whose your new colleague? It's a obese lady! Oh no!

Why are people these days so ignorant about their health? Is it lack of knowledge or people have developed some sort of immunity to this disease.

No, I am not shallow to judge people by their looks, but that's how the world is my friend. Knowingly or unknowingly, your physique, personality and appearance  is a very important aspect by which you are judged day to day by every person you come across. Without doubt, you yourself subconsciously create an impression of a person in your mind by his looks at the first instance.

You may have a beautiful face or a charming personality or sparkling skin, but if u have loads of fat flowing down your body, you are not appealing. No, men do not look at a fat lady twice. No, women do not prefer fat unhealthy men. Also, you have no right to feel bad if your fit colleague gets a better offer or is more favoured by your higher authorities.

Apart from all the inconvenience caused to other people due to your body size, there are endless criticisms and various jokes on fat individuals, insulting names to which you have learnt to painfully gulp down and laugh at your own body in order to not be "unsporty"

There are endless lists of diseases you will encounter within few years which you have already read about, heard from many people and ignored or laughed it off. I have super powers of future predictions and I guarantee, if you do not make a move now, you will have some sort of cardiovascular diseases in future, and believe me, you will not be laughing then. These days, obesity is further coupled with smoking and alcohol associated with obesity-related depression and that, multiplies to be a bigger risk factor for all your diseases.

So many times you have looked at your favourite actor or actress and wished you would have a body like that. So many times you have found yourself looking at the hot guy/girl in your class/office and observed their body and wished you had the same. So many times you have stared at yourself in the mirror and looked at yourself from different angles to see what makes you look thinner. You have tried all the possible photography tricks to get that slim shot for Facebook display picture. You have either spent hours at the mall searching for the apparel in which you look most slim, or just given up on shopping for months together. Who are you fooling? Everybody out there can see you huge body! Did you actually think you can hide that ?

"I'll reduce once my exams are done!" , " I'll join the gym once I finish my graduation! ", " I'll stop eating food", " Someday, sometime in life, later, I'll reduce and then I'll be fit".

No, my friend. Fitness is not a project. It is a day to day activity. It must be incorporated in your life. Just like you wake up and brush your teeth, have your breakfast, you must exercise.

I have heard people telling me, exercise will tire me and I won't be able to work. The truth is, exercise increases your stamina and strength. Maybe the first week you are tired and will sleep early, but soon, you can do more study, more work. You feel fresh and happy. And one week, is something you can definitely give yourself!

Walking is not exercise. Even if walking sweats you, it is still not exercise. Running, jumping, skipping, cycling, weights must be your target.

I do not get time to exercise, is like saying, I do not get time to live. Because if you do not exercise, you are going to live the rest of your life in morbidity. I am not saying everyone has to have a six pack body or a perfect figure. But being fit, within normal BMI and giving a push to your cardiovascular system from your otherwise sedentary lifestyle, so that your quality of life gets better, is a must.

A good 45 minutes of continuous exercise without chatting with your friends and avoiding prolonged rest can do a great deal of change in your appearance. It lifts your floppy skin and muscles up and makes your body taut, apart from losing a good amount of weight. The best motivation to getting yourself to lose weight is, by losing weight. When you see the weighing matching showing 3kgs lesser, after a whole month of hard work, you will not want to gain it back at any cost, but only reduce it further.

Every time you sit down in your couch or laze in your bed apart from your sleep hours, that fat around you is growing and spreading around you. Get up and move. If you don't move now, you are bound to be bed ridden for many years of your life with multiple saline bottles and needles in your veins. The scene is not very pleasant there. Visitors sympathise you and comment about your avoidable increase in size. Doctors find it so tough to operate on a obese body that it is a common complain and inconvenience in the operation theatre.

"I will stop eating from today in order to reduce weight".
Just look at that statement many times till it starts feeling stupid to you.
One cannot live without eating. The good solution to diet is, eating home food. Wheat chapatis, vegetables, pulses, dals, milk products, anything that is cooked at home is good. It does not increase weight. It is healthy. Do not eat outside food. Reward yourself by cooking your favourite pizza at home, with a little lesser cheese, when you have reduced a few pounds. Take some efforts and cook your favourite dishes home, and believe me, when you cook things yourself, you tend to eat them lesser than when it is readily cooked.

"I want to enjoy life and eat whatever I like to eat" is the most common escapism to your mind control. Hunger and the smell of tasty food are your worst enemies. Avoid going to such places where there is extremely tasty food and smell. Chose a fruit juice without sugar when you go for outings with friends or just a cup of tea or coffee. Have a bite from their plate and stop it right there. Focus on your stomach, and stop when it's "almost" full.

Eat only on the specific timings when your gastric acids have developed a circadian rhythm of boosting up. Avoid erratic timings. Do not put anything in your mouth more than breakfast lunch and dinner. If you strongly wish for chocolates, or cakes, or some other snacks, chip bits here and there, once a while, add a little amount it in your meal plate during lunch or dinner. Continuously chewing on gums or sipping on sugar filled coffee or tea, or biting chocolates, or chips, to keep yourself awake at work are danger signals to your health.

Substitute your meals occasional with a fruit meal. Learn to say "NO" to food. Once you learn that, you have won half the battle. Absolutely cutting down on food is useless because there is a 100% chance of relapse.

Specially for youngsters, do not waste your youth in being the "fat guy" or "fat girl". Make some efforts, give a little push, and life will change upside down for you.
Looking forward for a beautiful, physically fit, "you".

Dont just get anymore closer

Don’t just get anymore closer

The beatings of heart will stop,

Don’t just get anymore closer,

My breath will come at a halt.

The more I look right at you,

The world appears to be new

Like the fresh young morning dew

And the setting evening hue.

My hard principals are long gone,

I have seriously started to doubt

My rudeness is just to hide

My inner feelings from coming out.

When I want to say yes, comes out a no,

What is happening to me I don’t know.

When I want to say no, comes out a yes,

My life is becoming a beautiful mess

You are dealing not with the common birds,

But with the eagle high.

Soaring up she may hold your hand,

Or leave it down there, and away she will fly

The road to heaven, further leads to hell, they say

I believe its heaven now, I am happy and gay

You have brought me a sunshine ray

The world turns colourful from gray.

I wish the world stands still here

With you around, now I have no fear.

Don’t let the wind, swipe away with gust,

Listen to my words and follow me with trust.

Don’t just get anymore closer

The beatings of heart will stop

Don’t just get anymore closer

Before u lose me, just stop

The serene beauty

As I walk, the amazingly strong breeze blows on my face, it frees my hair from my neck and flows. My eyes close partially and it gives a blissful feeling.

The mind wanders from the present. It goes far away. The songs play on the ipod and it feels like things have started coming in place. The world is a beautiful place. The people seem to be the most loving creatures. The bad seems to have disappeared.

There is a constant smile on my face. The pigs and donkeys seem cute, the kids seem adorable, I feel beautiful.

Both sides of the road, there are gulmohur trees, whose dark red flowers have decorated the road as if they welcome me to the heaven.

Its cold, and pleasant. Its soon going to rain.

There are wonderful Goosebumps on my hands and neck. I feel romantic. The weather is beautiful.

I sit down on a rock, feel the wind touching me, and go in a totally different world. I become the queen of my own world. I stand up, walk more, I take a round around myself, spread my hands to the sky, look up, and the small drops fall on my face.

More Goosebumps, my heart is overwhelmed. I feel more and more romantic. I feel excited. A very beautiful smile comes on my face. I blush.

I dance. I go round and round, my hair flying, my hands spread. The rain drops falling on my face.

I am wet, I feel cold. It is amazing.
I feel beautiful.

The man in her life

A woman needs a man in her life. Be it her father, brother or husband. She needs the presence of this man, who loves her like hell, and who will go any length of the world to protect her and keep her away from evil.

She needs the presence of this man to give her the assurance that if ever anything happens, she will be given a safe shelter to live in, food to keep her hunger away and will be on his foot with his all might if he sees those tears in her eyes.

She wants someone who will look into her eyes and tell her, “don’t worry, I’m here, everything will be alright”.

She needs this man.

She needs this man who will take over all the responsibilities when you are not in the best of health, will stand ahead and not allow you to pay a single penny.

“There is no calculation of money when it is you”, he says.

And let this woman be however self-contented, independent or successful. She needs this man.

She can fight the whole world when she knows she has him behind her. She can magically deal with every problem n the world with ease when he says “I’m here”.

She needs this someone, who, if the whole world goes against you, abandons you, will not let you roam on the streets alone but will always make sure you are safe.

She may not expect you to do this all the time, but the mere presence and the feeling, the financial, psychological and physical support is what she needs.

For all the men, my only message is, be this someone to your daughters, sisters, wives. They need you. They will be shattered if they don’t have this man in their lives.

Top of the Train

Local trains have always been my fascination. No matter how much crowded it is, no matter how stinky it is, I love it.

I love it because, without it, there was no way of transport across the city. Everybody doesn’t have a vehicle. And even if everybody did have a vehicle, no one would be able to move due to the roads being completely packed with cars and bikes.

I love these local trains even more because they are so rare. The dirt is often cleaned. The doors are always open so that you can leave your body freely outside holding the pole and experience the wonderful wind blowing on your face, irrespective of it, damaging your hair.

The most emotional aspect of the train is, when they go real fast when you’re already late. It feels patriotic. Feels that the trains actually care about you. J

I am a specific fan of fast trains very late night. They are almost empty and hanging from those trains let you see the entire colorful lighting of Mumbai in the dark, cold sky.

Sitting in a train is never boring. you can always stare at the people around you. Listen to their talks, conversations, and its always interesting! You can actually tell about their whole family, what people in their family do, their family problems etc by the time you are out of the train.

If a youngster is sitting next to you, u can tiptoe their sms’s and find things hilarious. Like that day, I was reading the sms’s of a girl sitting next to me and it said things like “shooonoo my shweetooo looveee u.. and will always be with u.. missing u sooo much” ROFL. Its really hilarious to read all that. Then the girl goes like “I know your lying. All this is just fake. I hate you. “ Hahah. And it goes on and on. The entertainment is never-ending. Sometimes, you wish to not get out of the train even when your station has arrived.

If you’re lucky, you can get to see ladies fighting in the ladies compartment. The type of slang they use, the way the talk, its absolutely funny! It will cheer you up in the worst of times! :-p

When the small boys come with the huge trays filled with earrings and clips and all such female accessories, its fascinating to see how ladies pay 10-20 rupees for rubbish stuff. You can actually see yourself talk in your mind “Who buys such stuff??” and the lady next to you has already bought it!

Once I was listening to two girls talking and one of them was like. “You know he was looking at me and I didn’t know what to say, I was blushing sooooooooooooo much” Lol.

Once, I overheard two girls bitching about their professors and it was amazingly funny. I have even participated in many random conversations and made random train friends. It’s cute.

If you happen to see the men fight, its more amazing, and rare too, but it can also turn out to be horrid. Nevertheless, it keeps the boredom away.

When I see lot of crowd, I always wonder what each one of them must be doing, where they must be going, what pressures do they have to bear to travel in such a miserable crowd, earn money, go home and cook food, take care of children. Life is surely tough for some people.

It is really fun when your standing in the crowd and some bitchy woman is continuously irritating and pushing everyone, and you share “such-a-bitch” smile with other women. :-p

Once, there was a miserable crowd in the train and as usual, I was on my iPod. Some woman started pushing me, telling me to shift. As there was no place, I paid no heed to her. Then she pushed me hard. I shut the iPod, looked at her, and started speaking in English with heavy American accent. She had no clue what to say. I pretended as if I knew no Indian language. She gave me a few slang in Marathi and walked away. :D it really works.

Its one of the most amazing feelings, when you get to hang out at the door, and your listening to songs on the iPod simultaneously. The wind comes on your face, the scene outside is continuously moving and you have beautiful songs. It feels bliss.

I always wanted to travel on the top of the local trains. It was one of the many things I want to do before I die. Well, so a day like any another, I went with my brother to Dadar. Coming back, I got a sudden surge of craziness and I was like. “Lets go on the top today”. Totally unplanned, we climbed up the train at Dadar station. UP, meaning on the roof!

As I climbed, I was totally unsure of where to sit, what to hold. And the train starts within seconds. The train started. I was hanging on the ladder, which goes up. It was amazing. I slowly climbed up the roof. I sat on the roof. It was then, my brother shouted, “NOT THERE! THERE IS A WIRE!”

I got scared, but I experienced the few minutes of joy at the top. The world seems beautiful. Mumbai seems amazing. You see the people boarding on the train from the top. You see the city, the rail, everything from up. The part of the crowd you were, till yesterday, is seen as a whole today from up. The wind is moving on you, giving you tingling feeling of excitement, joy, the fun of doing something wrong, the fear of getting caught, its AMAZING.

Also, at the top of the train, the train bogie moves left and right with an alarming velocity. It gives you a feeling that you will be thrown away at the sides if you don’t hold tight. Its not a feeling, you WILL be thrown if you don’t hold tight.

So I came down at the ladder again. As the Byculla station came, we got down. And I started walking like any other person of the road. I looked around for a second. Smiled at myself. And I actually jumped over there with joy and screamed!

It was amazing.

What is the use of living a dry life for 100 years? Instead, live a exciting life, risk every moment, smartly of course! That’s what I believe in!

P.S. – That does NOT mean anyone out there should read this and go on top of the train. It is extremely risky and life threatening. As good as attempting suicide. Please guide experienced before thinking of such a task.

P.S 2 – The fine for climbing up on the train if your caught is 500rs per person.

A reunion

It was a rare moment. Everybody was nervous. People had turned different. Everyone had grown up. Everyone looked grown up. We didn’t know how the other people might have changed. Life takes different turns with people, makes some better, some worse.

We didn’t know if the old time laughter will come back, or will people be scared to show their teeth in the sophisticated world? Will we joke like before or will it be formal? Will the friendship be as fresh as before or will the friendship be childhood memory? Will the trust and bond still be intact or had people made their opinions about us?

It was a time when we did not judge one another. It was a time when we purely held hands and walked every path. All the misdoings were forgiven. Extremely naughty things were done and also, necessary things were kept top secret. The unity against the teachers was mind-blowing. The good and h=the bad were talked about. The good was super-imposed. Unknowingly, extremely cute things were said, and laughed about. The usual boys and girls fights were often. The comparing results was a routine. The cute crushes, the innocent laughters, the playfull us.

We had grown up. Grown to be fat, formal and distant. Unsure about our own chaddi-buddy yaar’s.

There was an awkwardness spread around. We looked at each other. Asked about what people were doing. About their better halves. All we could recognize were the eyes. The eyes which showed memories. After some more moments of awkwardness, everybody sat down and there was a turn of events.

Everybody started to laugh, screech, screem, hit each other and crack joke’s. there were mischevious smiles which spoke of the teeny secrets we had kept. We broke away all the bonds, hands on shoulders, we sang songs and there were punches and winking of eyes.

Each one, looked at the other person, like we were old time friends. The boys looked at the girls as buddies and not as women. All they saw was the eyes which spoke the tale of so many years. No one was “checking out” the other sex but it was a pure friendship. More and more incidents were remembered and laughed upon. The teachers were remembered. The peons, the library, the ground, games..

There was a teary session. Soon everybody got sentimental. Few girls shed tears. Guys had a saddened look on the face. It was over. Never to come back. The memories were beautiful. But now, they were gone. Now we lived in a world, where such love was unheard of.

Everyone cherished the moments, with pure heart, bid goodbye to everyone.

As I walked away, I shed some more tears. Life is beautiful. We ruin it with our own hands.

Make good memories today, so that you can cherish them tomorrow.

p.s - this is pure imagination.

Balance

Everything in life comes with an expiry date. Don’t ever forget that. Life believes in balance. Where there is black, there is white. When there is sky, there is land, water and drought, birds and fishes, head and tail, shoot and root, making-breaking, love – hate, peace – war, men – women, nothing ever comes without a pair, nothing.

Our physics also follows the same rule. Where there is acceleration, there is retardation, where there is positive, there is negative, resistively - conductivity, and its never ending.

Similarly, where there is happiness, there is sadness. So only a fool can ask for everlasting happiness. When I have laughed like a flying bubble, free and heart-filling laughter, always remember, there won’t be long where I will have to shed equally intense tears. It is no fear, life comes with ups and downs and when you openly and courageously face and accept these challenges, it is then you have mastered the Art of living.

The sadness which come in future should not stop you from laughing freely now. Also, when you cry, u must remember that beautiful happiness is going to come at your end soon.

When you are in an immensely intense relationship, it is sure to have a living end. And a miserable one too.

Harsh, but true.

If u have a balanced relationship, with has strong bond of love, but delicately and mildly handled, with less intense shows of affection, strong understanding and trust without too much of speaking keeps the relationship more balanced.

Too much of showing off, too much of display, excessive unnatural involvement which stops economic growth, financial growth and stops social growth and create obsessions for partner. And obsession go opposite with breaking of the obsession, which exactly what happens.

Instead if you have balanced feelings which control you, your love, your life, career, etc, it is likely to last much longer.

A person who gets too excited and happy when something good happens is likely to get too depressed and sad when something very bad happens. Whereas, a person who has mild reactions to happiness, the sadness affects him less. Pain is lesser. Life is Balanced.

This is the reason why our forefathers believed in penance. Lord Krishna gave us the message of being “STHITAPRADNYA”.

Be neutral to both good and bad, winning and losing, life will be much easier. And you have attained internal peace and internal happiness. Which goes beyond bliss.

The ignored Pain

I drive you from all your past pain,
And loved you instead,
You showed me all my past,
And made me hate myself again.

I forget and forgive myself,
And live life happily,
While you bring back all sweet past,
And turn it into hate

You were my love, baby,
But you misunderstood me,
You thought I was your play toy,
And that, I could never see.

Never a thing in me did you love,
Just loved me for the care, that I showed you,
You hated my behavior, my looks, my walk, my hue,
You loved me because you had nobody new.

You called me a bitch,
And pointed fingers at my character now and again
The lost love, things and memories,
Can never again be regained.

Forgave you a thousand times,
Gave you lot of chances,
When the world went against you,
I fought them all for you.

They told me to be away,
And that u are harmful,
I told them all to get lost,
Because u were my love.

I loved you with my heart and soul,
I loved you with my mind,
All you gave me is slang and foul,
With not even one word kind.

The promises were true,
The pledges were true,
The support was true,
But the love was a lie.

Now we should cherish the good,
Than creating memories worse,
I rather live alone and friendless,
Than bearing all your curse.

Something that gives you pain,
Something that doesn’t let u live,
Something that kills u from inside,
Is called as a once love, now dead.

Love is when we trust,
When we share, when we care,
Love is the utmost happiness,
I have felt it, I swear!

First Love..

There comes a time in everybody’s life when the tender young flower comes out of its bud to bloom and finds the earth, the sun, the sky, the dew, the rain, the leaf everything very beautiful. The heart is free to fly and knows not what the world beholds. One wants to fly like a butterfly, be free, carefree, and dancing. One holds on to whatever gives them hand, and by the pure heart, give away that hand, everything it has in return.

We all love once, in our tender age, and that is the time we give our complete trust, our heart and everything to that person. We do not think twice before trusting someone. When we meet that special someone, who shares the same feelings you do, with Goosebumps all over you, with days and nights spent lying on the bed with your face in the pillow thinking about the special someone, hugging your teddy, unexplained smiles on your face early morning which parents find weird, and the mysterious dancing on the extremely hot sunny afternoon.

Yes, this is the magic of love. The world appears to be a wonderful place. The worst of the things appear amusing, fun and beautiful. There is a persistence tingling feeling in your heart and a constant flow of adrenalin. We stretch, and cuddle and move round and round in circles and all that is in your mind is that special someone.
Your restlessness carries u from one room to another, jumping up and down, making everyone in the house wonder what is wrong, apparently making it obvious to some smart mothers about what’s cooking.

"ring ring".. the phone rings.. And you rush to your phone speedily, even overtaking the light and grab it to see that special someone calling. And you smile. And that is, the most wonderful feeling, your heart skips a beat and you lock your room, jump onto the bed and cuddle up to say "hiiiiiii".

You have so much to say, so much to express, but you cannot keep up pace with your thoughts, oh, u also want to hear that special someone speak, want them to tell you the three eternal words, and not once, but again and again.

The most mystifying feeling is when u hear those special words from that special someone. When they say it with their whole heart, a surge of some unknown chemical, acid-like, suddenly fills up your heart, it’s a moment of immense pleasure, and your whole body gets numb, your senses stop working and it takes time to come to your normal self.

And as usual, you decide to meet, and before the meet, you look at yourself a 100 times in the mirror, look at every inch of your dressing, your hair, and yourself from every angle. You run to meet, but take care your hair isn’t spoilt in the process. There is something nasty in your heart that’s beating fast and oh, u see that person over there.. And it feels bliss. It feels like the whole world is in front of you. It feels like you have everything in this world that you need to live for. Slight tingling sensation is felt and a unavoidable blush-cum-smile comes on your face. No matter what you do, you cannot hide that smile.

And you finally meet. There is an awkward silence. And mysterious smiles. Suddenly, the awkwardness is broken and there is sharing of everything on the earth. And there is no limitations of topic. Anything under the sun is debated about. There are flirty punches in the process and some "pulling cheeks" which adds to the already present Goosebumps. Then again, when the time to go home comes, there is another silence. The realization of separation surges over and slowly, while walking, the hand lightly holds another. And at this moment, the hands seem the only living part of the body. The rest of the body is numb. NUMB. Even the breath stops. And the chest becomes heavy. While you are on your way back, your hand is sweaty. Your heart and breath have just started working again and nothing in the world seems real. It seems all a fantasy. Except for that special someone, the world is a blind place. U cannot see anything. No parents, no friends, no trees, no road, nothing. Just love. Pure, innocent love.

It is this feeling which makes you realize that this is the person you would fight the whole world for. This is the only person whom you want in your life, whom you will tell everything about yourself, every little secret. This is the person whom you will always walk with, and will sacrifice everything for the love and happiness of this person.

This love makes you forget your cell phone in the class, forget your books at home, forget your house keys in the garden, keeps the gas on without reason, makes you forget to eat food, forget that exams are coming, makes you forget everything around you.

You come home and hug and kiss anyone who opens the door. You are so excited, and happy and you hum a beautiful love song all day long..

Ptosis Surgery.

All excited, having slept only 2 hours at night, woken up at 6am to drop kurush at the station, this girl, me, left for Dr. Aphale's eye hospital at 8 after a heavy breakfast for a video shoot of the rare ptosis operation.
Half sleepy, half exited, i hurriedly got ready, collected the handycam and digi cam and ran to join mom at the hospital. The anasthetist had already arrived and we got ready in cap and masks. till then, the other doctor arrived who happened to be an orthopaedic surgeon. when i came to know the patient was a small girl of 5 years with drooped eyelids, i ran to take a pre-operation photograph. As i was at it, the operation theatre was undergoing the final touch ups and we all entered the operation theatre.
As we entered the theatre, the little girl got so scared that she started crying and screeming at the top of her voice. It created a huge havoc in the hospital which irritated all the three doctors. The first job was of the anasthetist to give her general anaesthesia. she was trying to catch up all the possible veins but in vain! This act was going on for an hour and we all got into sweat since all the anaesthesia was getting out of the vein. Now, only one vein was left to be caught and had it not been caught, it seemed, by the looks of the doctors that it would have been a panic situation. But it did get caught and the anaesthesia flowed in the girl and finally stopped her shrieks.
Now, the orthopaedic put 4-5 needles into the girls thigh like a murderer would stab his enemy. i was statled at the looks of it and as i started taking the video, the doctor told me to wait, wonder why ;-)
then he took a blade (mind well, surgical blade) and make a big incision on the thigh. he cut through the skin and the muscles and reached a strong tissue called fascia-something which holds the strong thigh muscles. he cut a 3 mm width and 10cm length tissue and put it in saline.
All this time, i was wondering that it was a ptosis operation and why the hell was the thigh been cut. then i guessed that this might be the tissue to be grafted on the eye-lid. i was too scared by the tense and silent atmosphere to ask questions and since i was the only one who knew the least over there!
the orthopaedic doctor stitched the cut on the theigh and mopped the blood, removed his gown and left.
Now was the main operation. Dr. Aphale put the local anasthesia on the eye about 5-6 times till it got a good hold. the general anasthesia and the oxygen pump was being pumped occasionally.
The eye lid was to be lifted up and Dr. Aphale put herself at hard work. with 6 incisions on the eyelip and forehead and the strips of muscles being pulled by the needle and forceps the artistic hand of Dr. Aphale worked its way for an hour into a successful surgery.
All this time i was up holding my camera and by the end of the operation my shoulders and back had started paining. Durring the video shoot, my mind used to get so engrossed in the surgery that i was forgetting that i was holding the camera so i dont think i was perfect at my wook today. i simply love surgeries..
working without electricity was a pain for all the doctors. It was a great experience though.

Progeria - mysteries unveiled..

Before i start writing anything, i must apologise to all the compassionate young bloods of my kind who feel it a regret that such diseases have come up. i also feel the same, since i am a human too. But lets accept one thing that these diseases are inevitable and we must learn to accept them, be open to them, and find ways to cure them, also, learn something from them.

For those who know little or nothing about progeria, its a disease caused to new born children and they develop symptoms of old age at a very small age, since 7 months. it can vary from person to person. it shows symptoms like hair fall, cardio-vascular diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, balding, thinning of skin, wrinkling of skin, mental retardation, dwarfism, falling of teeth or other old-age related dental disorders, fatigue, loss of eye lashes, hip dislocation, joint stiffness, nail defects (as in old people), and immense body weakness, unable to walk, run etc.
so these children look old, and face old-age poblems since a extremely small age. now, u get a picture.

i feel, its a wonderfull disease. it not only shows a peculiarity in the nature laws but also, defies all the misconceptions that we have in the word "destiny".

A rare disease it is, caused due to genetic mutation in the "aging gene'. my questions is, what is the cause of this mutation? this disease was never seen so many years before. why has it come in the modern age?
My thesis to this is, due to various pesticides we use, we dont know its long term effects, they have not been studied in span of long time, also it can be due to the concentrated drugs which people consume. as we know, drugs are either chemicals or super concentrated extracts of plants, both VERY harmful to the body. the effects of these drugs on the consumer's body has been studied, but has the effects on the further generations been studied? the effects of various chemicals, chemicals in air, chemicals we consume, or the damaging of the ozone layer on certain people or, the combination of few of these things can be the possible causes. Also, the eruption of certain gene altering viruses can also be the possible cause.

Imagine u, having to be born as a old person, without enjoying the happiness of youth.

In our growing ages, we have learnt, to eat specific food, the dieticians tell us, that tomato and cucumber and good for the skin, certain masage to the face can delay or reduce wrinkles, certain foodstuff can prevent heart diseases or certain exercises can prevent arthritis. A motorcycle undergoes wear and tear after running for a long period of time. then HOW, CAN WEAR AND TEAR OCCUR IN THESE CHILDREN WITHOUT WORK?? if they havnt worked their joints, how can they get arthitis? if they never ate any cholesteral rich food, how did they get cardiovascular diseases? if they never tired their teeth how did they fall?

the old age diseases are clearly due to the wear and tear of the body, also called as "degenerative diseases". when there has been no degeneration, how can they get the symptoms of it? if the gene is altered to cause old age, how did the body know how many wrinkles to cause or if the heart disease in a person shud b pesent or not?? because all these diseases rnt present in all old people.

My only conclusion to this is, out destiny is marked. no matter how much lotions we put, or how many tomatos we eat, we r destined to get as many wrinkles in our old age, as we were destined to. as our genes have saved in their memory. if we r supposed to get arthritis, or cardiovascular diseases, no matter what we eat, it is destined to be there. and we cannot pevent it.

This disease, according to my hypothesis, is the error in the making of these children by god. It also shows us many mysterious things about creation and destiny. The more you think about it, the more amazing this disease will seem.

Mann Udhana waryche..

I saw this Marathi play today and it was a beautiful depiction of the young minds, how they play a role at their peak and how it all seems stupid in the end. These things, if not nipped in the bud, would destroy the youth’s life completely. I personally loved the play.
There is a Kulkarni family of a man, his brother and his wife Neena living in a house. Neena is of 50’s and they have a son who is sent to a military school. A new family comes to stay near their house as their neighbors and they are a family of three consisting of a man, his wife and a young boy in his late teens. When the boy comes to live in his new room, his window overlooks the Kulkarni’s house and the boy calls Neena as "Didi" very sweetly and since then, the develop a beautiful relationship. Like a younger brother, Mayuresh used to visit the Kulkarni’s often. He was extremely innocent boy. His Didi was his best friend, elder advisor, mother, sister and everything. Mayuresh used to bring his college problems, his experiences, his everything to Neena and she, like a mother, used to caress him, love him, and they built a beautiful relationship.
As it was Neena’s birthday few days later, Mayuresh asked her what she wanted as a gift. Since he couldn’t find anything beautiful than her. She said that she loved flowers and on her birthday, he surprised her with beautiful scented flowers of prajakta which were her favorite. Since everyone else was out in the garden celebrating her birthday, Mayuresh held Neena’s hand in his, and he refused to let her go. He held her hand at his heart and signaled the dreaded.
Neena was horribly shocked at her relationship being misinterpreted. That boy was almost her son’s age and he had started thinking in a wrong way. Firstly, at his reaction, she shouted. When people came, she changed the topic and saved him, thinking he was out of his senses and would come back soon. She told him never to come to their house again.
Mayuresh did not turn up for few days and after a week or so, he came when she was alone at home and said that he thought over everything a lot and he had decided that he loves her and he wanted to marry her. And he was going to arrange for Neena and her husband’s divorce and then, marry her. Neena, after hearing all this, was horrified. He told her that she wasn’t his didi, but she was his lover. She could not believe what was happening. He told her to say yes to him. She refused whatsoever. He then, took out a gun from his pocket, showed her the gun and threatened her. Since someone came at the door, the scene was closed over there. But this incident left Neena shocked. She called her friend and decided to tell her husband. Her husband and his brother were as shocked. They decided to tell Mayuresh’s parents about it. Since the father was not free, the mother came to their house. The mother, after hearing the allegations on her son, was furious and backfired Neena saying she gave her son wrong signals and that is why he fell for you. Neena was shocked after hearing this. Her pure heart could not bear to her such things about her. She was broken, shattered. Later, the boy’s father was called. The father was shocked and when a threat was given that media would be told about this, the father promised that their boy would never visit the Kulkarni’s again.
Neena was worried about the boy. The boy, if not treated properly, would start with bad habits or ruin his life in some way because of his stupidity. The boy was stern. He said he was in true love and would do anything to get Neena. He was grounded at home by his parents and was put on medication, but the boy would not co-operate.
Neena, dressed in beautiful saree, called the boy at home one day. She said, come home, I want to talk to you. The boy got scared. He was wondering what was wrong. He came to her house. As he sat over there, Neena spoke. She said, she never told him, but she too was in love with him. She said she was very scared. She dreaded the calamities. She told him to celebrate this night with some alcohol. He refused, saying he didn’t drink. She said, she was going to give herself totally to him, because the night was a wonderful night. She reminded how he once came to their place and was wet and she gave him a cup of hot coffee, and he had tears in his eyes. She wanted to hug him then. And she clenched him in her arms like a lover. Mayuresh shot back. He pushed her away. He said, why are we doing this? This is wrong! Neena asked him, "why, we are going to marry right?" Mayuresh was going mad. Neena asked him, "this is the Neena you wanted right? You would be my husband right?" Mayuresh said, no.. this is not the Neena I wanted. I wanted the Neena who put her hand on my head. Who waited for me to come from college. Who cared about me like a mother. And in his words, he found the answer. Neena smiled at him and said, "see how stupid your being. It is your age to fall for things. Any woman who comes close to you in that age, guys would fall in love with her. Be in ANYONE. But it’s the feeling, its not love" Mayuresh started crying. Neena told him, "the first time u came to live here, u called me "Didi" from that window. Please call me that again! " Mayuresh, profusely crying uttered the heavenly words "Didi". they both smiled and hugged.
It was amazing to see the similarity in real life stories and what was shown. Yes, many boys and girls we see do such stuff. They feel that they really love someone, but they are in an impulse. Its an age when we are armed with roses and kisses, searching for an enemy to use it on. And anyone we find first, we shoot it out. We are in a living dream. We love someone without thinking. Out heart beats fast, there are Goosebumps on us, our internal self dances with oneself and the feeling is amazing. We carry it on, calling it the most dangerous word, LOVE. Yes, we do come out of that living dream. Earlier, the better. If it takes a longer time to come out, we end up totally destroying our life. If such love is denied, people think it fashionable to get drunk, chain smoke and do drugs to add to the agony at the man’s biggest enemy, THE EGO getting hurt.
Few things I would like to spread around.
1. When you love someone, please take the advice of some elderly person. Definitely, most times parents would be against it. But someone, who is elder to you, cares about you and is mature and caring. Because however mature we are, in love, we tend to lose all our senses. To love someone and live with that person, u don’t just need love. You need the correct wavelength, intellectual level, emotional quotient and other qualities to match. An intelligent boy and a dumb girl or vice versa will have extreme problems in their relationship no matter how much they were in love before.
2. THINK. And think again. And oh, for me, think ONCE AGAIN.
3. Accept denial.
If you have the guts to love someone, have the guts to accept that person’s decision and their denial. Life comes with ups and downs, and learn to accept it the way it is. DO NOT ASSUME THE OTHER PERSON LOVES U if he/she has said no.
4. Do not ruin your life because someone denied you. That wont get you your love back. That will only prevent further love from coming to you.
5. If any friend of yours or anyone tells u sincerely and caringly, that you need a psychiatrist, please visit one. Because when one needs a psychiatrist, he never feels the need of it. He only shouts at people for thinking he is mad. Not just mad people need the psychiatrist but also emotionally disturbed people need them. To get them on right track. So PLEASE trust your loved ones and visit the doctor if they feel you should.
6. Love at a proper age. When you are 21 years old, you have enough mental, emotional and hormonal stability by then which allows you to think rationally and chose your life partner.
7. Lastly, DO NOT RUIN THIS BEAUTIFUL LIFE just because some puppy love of yours denied you, or broke your heart. The world, our life, has much more to offer us.
